30 Day Journey to Finding Self-Love

Make 2022 the year you find the true love of your life, yourself!

Meet and join Abundantly Developed Roots Certified Coaches Cassy & Dee as they guide you through a 30 day journey of understanding and finding self-love. This workshop will give you access to two Coaches that will provide you accountability and classes once a week on important topics to develop a healthy self-love relationship with yourself.

The weekly meetings hosted via Zoom will cover instructional topics such as Setting Intentions, Becoming Self-Aware, Developing Strategies to Deal with Stress, Stop Seeking Approval and much more. There will be time allowed for questions and answers at the end of each weekly session to provide you with the ability to expand your personal experience. Each attendee will be provided with worksheets and a checklist to help you stay on track from week to week.

The workshop will include a private Facebook group for daily discussion and interaction, as well as digital copy of pre-released book "30 Day Journey to Finding Self-Love" by Coach Dee.
