I have been an educator for 23 years and have taught visual arts at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Professionally speaking, my passion is helping students and teachers grow and arts integration.
I am a National Board Certified teacher and hold a BA in arts education, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, and a master’s in school administration and cultural leadership.
My passion is helping others heal and be the best they can be in all areas of life.
I realized that in order for me to grow in all areas of my life, I had to help others grow. This is the reason I created Glasswing Healing Arts.
In the words of Pope John XXIII, "We must proclaim goodness to the world, so that it can spread everywhere and in every possible way permeate individual lives and the entire community."
As a reiki practitioner, I have the ability to assist individuals in healing mentally, spiritually, and physically. Change starts from within and spreads out into the community. My desire is to help others grow and heal so that we can have communities that are grounded in love and goodness.
I enjoy reading, nature, creating works of art and poetry, and spending time with my family and cats.
